Develop your sales pipeline. The biggest waste of a sales agent time is time that is spent with prospects who fail to turn into clients. When sales agents properly develop a sales pipeline he/she will ensure that they have enough prospects.
If the sales agents can identify specific groups among their prospects, such as more mature people, who are particularly likely to become clients, they can target these groups right from the start of the sales process. This is called client profiling.
