villas has a terraced entry to the spacious entrance hallway giving access to the well
proportioned accommodation.
The ground floor comprises of a large lounge with dining area and patio doors to an
attractive terraced balcony. The separate breakfast kitchen is fully fitted with ample
space for all your appliances and also has access to the terraced balcony.
There is a fully tiled and fitted bathroom with a full suite and a good sized bedroom
with a balcony off.
A marble staircase leads to the first floor which has a large master bedroom with an
en-suite bathroom with washbasin, WC and shower. Patio doors lead to the large
terraced balcony.
There are two further bedrooms both with balconies and a large family bathroom
with a corner Jacuzzi suite.
Marble stairs lead to the upper floor giving access to the huge roof terrace with
fabulous views over the Aegean Sea and forested mountain scenery.
